Residential Shipping Freight Services and Service Warranty
We will deliver our products directly from the manufacturer to your home residence.  Since these locations are out of  our service area, Golden Tecnologies requires a minimum 1 - year service warranty on each item for factory support.

Curbside Delivery
Curbside Delivery consists of the Freight Carrier delivering the product to the address of the customer's home only!  The freight carrier is not obligated to carry the product to the porch nor inside your home.  The product will be taken off the truck at the closest , easily available location. The freight carrier will call prior to delivery to set up a scheduled time for delivery. Note rural delivery charges may be different. Please call for quote.

Front Door Delivery
Front Door Delivery consists of the Freight Carrier delivering the product to the home and taking it inside if easily accessible.  This service does not include the unpacking or set up of any product.  Carriers will not carry any product up any additional floors, nor will they unpack any product to fit through any doors.  The freight carrier will call prior to delivery to set up an appointment with the customer. DELIVERY MUST BE EASILY ACCESSIBLE or item will be left at the main door.  Note rural delivery charges may be different. Please call for quote.

White Glove - Complete Set-up
White Glove - Complete Set-Up consists of the Freight Carrier delivering the product to the customer's home and placing it inside the room of their choice as long as it is no more than one floor up or down from the main entrance.( additional floors require additional charge)  The carrier will unpack the product, assemble & test the product, instruct the customer in basic proper usage and remove all packing material from the residence.  Remember, these carriers are not in any way medically trained and will refer you to the owners manual or Golden Technologies for further understanding.  They will perform the basic service listed above only.  The freight carrier will call the customer prior to delivery in order to set an appointment for delivery.
NOTE:
On a small percentage of deliveriers, the freight carriers have not been able to get our products inside the customer's doorway without taking the item apart.  Since our products do not come fully assembled, they are easily carried inside in separate pieces. Dimensions on all our products can be provided and it is the consumers responsibility to measure these traffic areas to make sure they fit.
Liability issues prevent the moving of any existing furniture.  It is important the consumer has prepared the area for the product to be set-up in before delivering agent arrives.  For items requiring electricity, a working outlet must be present and available.  If the delivering agent has to reschedule due to the area not being prepared additional charges will apply. They will also not remove or dispose of any existing furniture unless otherwise noted at time of order and then additional charges wil apply.
Customers using White Glove delivery of our adjustable beds must be aware the set-up does not include  installing the headboard or footboard.  On the surface, this may seem an unnecessary inconvenience.  Please realize some people have antique headboards and footboards.  Attaching a headboard and/or footboard typically requires the need to drill holes, which may cause damage to the item.  The freight carriers do not want the liability of ruining an antique or family heirloom to fall on their shoulders.  Note rural delivery charges may be different. Double L Sales offers these services on the delivery of our beds as well. White Glove is highly suggested. Due to the size and weight of each bed, freight quotes must be done on an individual basis. Please contact us for a quote.

Return Policy
Double L Sales must authorize the return of any products.  All returned products, for any other reason than a manufacturer's defect, will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee, as well as, the outbound and inbound freight fees.  Double L Sales will not accept any product back without a return authorization number attached.
